Yale Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout Connecticut, including but not limited to insect control, rodent control, termite control, bed bug treatment, wildlife removal, and ongoing protection plans.
Service availability varies by location. Wildlife removal is available only within a limited geographic area near Ansonia, CT. Specific service terms, pricing, and scope are defined in individual service agreements provided at the time of scheduling.
Service Agreements and Guarantees
All pest control services are performed under individual service agreements between Yale Pest Control and the customer. These agreements specify the scope of work, treatment methods, pricing, and applicable guarantees.
Yale Pest Control offers a written service guarantee with retreatment until the pest issue is resolved, subject to the terms defined in the applicable service agreement. Guarantee terms may vary by service type.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service or per the schedule agreed upon in the service agreement. Yale Pest Control reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.
No Contracts Required
Unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement, Yale Pest Control does not require long-term contracts for residential pest control services. Customers may cancel recurring services at any time.
Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the treatment area. Yale Pest Control technicians may reschedule service if access conditions are unsafe or if preparation requirements have not been met.
Limitation of Liability
Yale Pest Control performs all services using industry-standard methods, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, and products applied by state-licensed, insured, and bonded technicians.
To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, Yale Pest Control's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Yale Pest Control is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, damage caused by pest activity prior to treatment, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
